Who am I
I have been working in Marketing, Communications and Project Management for over 25 years now. First as an employee, and since 2010 with my own Wildeman Creative Agency. I now bring all this experience to your organization as an interim manager.
With a team of five employees and a network of 30 freelancers, we served 100+ clients in the areas of Branding, Content and Online Marketing for 15 years. I regularly noticed that a client lacked knowledge, experience or time to properly supervise projects both in terms of content and process. At the same time, I myself increasingly felt the need to work more embedded at organizations, and less as an external agency. That is why I am available as Interim Marketing, Communication and Project Manager from 2025.

Marketing Strategy & Production
For the largest income insurer in the Netherlands, I professionalized the consumer marketing. This consisted of translating the German corporate identity to the Dutch market, designing and building the new website, and producing commercials, animations, infographics, brochures, photography and online campaigns. My work consisted of leading strategic brainstorming sessions and the joint project team, drafting briefings for designers and web builders, coordinating the web design and construction and all content. And devising and implementing an online marketing strategy and associated LinkedIn campaign.

Stakeholder management
For Amsterdam & Partners, I restructured the customer journey for business stakeholders by setting up a new Relationship Management department, with an inside and outside sales force consisting of customer specialists focused on customer segments rather than the organization’s own products and services. After several brainstorming sessions and proposals to management, I set up the Relationship Management department. This was a major organizational change where I used Kotter’s eight steps for change management. I then provided daily leadership to the team, and was responsible for all communications to stakeholders, including the organization of biannual member meetings.



Resident communication
For the largest public waste and energy company in the Netherlands, I carried out dozens of online projects in the field of resident communication, including the 100-100-100 project in which 3,500 residents from more than 30 municipalities simultaneously took on a challenge in the field of waste separation and prevention. As project manager for HVC, I devised and implemented many campaign concepts, including some in direct cooperation with 25+ municipalities. I was also responsible for planning and budget monitoring, managing marketeers and content creators, and organizing more than 50 residents’ meetings.
